Boat launching from the bay or Long Bay Reserve just 4 minutes drive away. 3 bedrooms, 1 on the upper level with doors onto the main deck and 2 downstairs, the largest opening out onto a sheltered patio area and accessible from outside as well. 2 bathrooms, one on each level so ideal for extended family living. Parking for car and boat and a kayak available for guests use. This is great family living and a perfect spot to spend your summer holidays or as a base for your winter stay in our delightful area. Parking are is being extended now to accommodate a 5-6 metre boat and another vehicle, so plenty of space allowed for off road parking.
